Cancellation policy: Cruises are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once tickets are purchased, they must be used on the date they are for. Cash bar only on board. No outside food or drink are allowed on cruises. Cruises depart at the time they are slated for. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure.
Cruises leave out of both Hudson, WI and Afton, MN. Your guest services attendant will tell you the boarding location at the time of booking. It will also be noted in the confirmation email you will receive.
